每周一晚上是我们“坏蛋八人组”的卧谈时间，真可谓“强盗不眠夜，祸害重聚首”。对不起各位楼友，打搅你们与周公的亲密接触了！卧谈的内容嘛，就是研究研究本周内要整的人，并列出黑名单，最后还要总结上周内整人所得出的经验教训，好的继续发扬，坏的就立即改正。
又逢周一，本人实在受不了周公的诱惑误入梦乡，与周公正在比赛爬山……忽然听到有人喊：“老五老五……”
老五就是我，于是，我便心生一计——装睡。
这时老八说：“别叫她了，上周她整的人太多了，就让她多睡会儿吧。”
又听老三问：“这周内咱们准备整哪些人？”
沉默了一会儿，老二说：“不如，咱们想想怎么整老五吧，这丫头看起来柔柔弱弱的，其实最狠最毒，平时她老是穿一身黑衣服，没想到她果真是黑心黑肺啊！”
好你个老二，居然想整我，平时我对你那么好，你……好吧，我让你死得痛快点儿！我在被窝里气得咬牙切齿，真恨不得立即就去K她一顿！
接着又听老七说：“让我想想……对了，咱们把她抬到楼道里，让她以为自己得了梦游症，就像上次整阿猪一样。”
老七，我没得罪你吧？你好狠啊！
“不行，用过一次了，再用，也太没水准了。不如咱们以老五的名义，用极尽恶心之词给咱班‘蟀男’发一封情书，如何？同意者举双脚赞成！”
我眯起眼睛瞧了瞧，没一人举起脚来。嘿嘿，老四，我看你也是活得不耐烦了！我在被窝里暗暗发笑。
“俗，真俗！想点新的……有了！下个星期咱班举行元旦联欢晚会，老班正愁没人自告奋勇呢，咱们给老五报名，她可是舞盲兼歌盲啊！嘿嘿，到时候看她出丑，哈哈！”老八一阵狂笑。
行，老八你更毒，昨天我还念你是我老妈的老乡，没把你和“裤哥”的事宣扬出去呢，你却恩将仇报！气死我了！我非整整你不可！
这时，老二又笑了起来：“哎，别忘了，我们是以损人利己为目的的，不如想办法让她请我们如何？我们就这样……”
说着说着，那七个家伙很快进入了梦乡。哼，你们想整我，我来个先下手为强，把你们一个一个整得死翘翘！
睡至半夜，我坐起来故意大声喊：“地震啦，地震啦！快跑呀！”喊过之后，我还故意去晃了晃她们七个人的床。
她们几乎同时被惊醒，嘴里胡乱地喊着：“地震啦，快逃啦！”连衣服都没来得及穿，一个个逃命般地冲出了寝室，老四还从床上摔了下来。
“哈哈……”我一阵大笑，然后慢悠悠地爬上床，准备与周公继续聊天……正迷糊间，门“哐”的一声被人撞开，灯也被“啪”的一声打开了，进来的是老二，还有老三……哇，她们全回来了！原来她们跑到楼下，发现校园里静悄悄的，又被凉风一吹，顿时清醒了过来。看着她们怒气冲冲，恨不得把我一口吞下去的样子，我大叫：“饶命啊，我投降！我坦白！我就是那个坏蛋！”

你看!那个不是我们的室长——罗皓。要说起罗皓啊，真是谁不敬畏三分啊!因为人家学习好呗!(全县第一名)他又爱劳动，又爱学习，怎么学习不好嘛。他整天抱着书，摇头摆尾的读啊，背啊，叫他去运动一下他也不去，老师都有些为他担心了。我记得我曾经问他最好的朋友是谁?他说：“我最好的朋友是书!”罗皓还十分谦虚，你说他好，他只笑一下，又在知识的海洋里去了。
咦?那是谁?哦，是我们班的“帅哥”邱鹏翔啊!邱鹏翔他为人善良，就是脾气倔。如果你说得有七分道理他也不依你，依然坚持他是对的。他的体育在我们班是数一数二的，什么足球，排球，乒乓球，篮球等等。他可为是样样精通，打什么，什么好。他人有乖，体育有好，但美中不足的是他成绩不稳定，但他已经在改了。
下个是我们班的管理员，彭浩。他个子不高不矮，脸有些黑，他的成绩不怎么样，但是他为人大方，如果你向他借什么钱，笔之类的，他一定二话不说，毫不犹豫地借给你。他管理教室也十分有方，每天第一个来，最后一个走，把窗子关得好好的，只忘了锁一次。
下一的出场的是王云鹏，他是我们班的“幽默大师”，他说的话和做的事都经常让我们哭笑不得。比如：有一次，他用洗碗的洗洁精来洗衣。他也许在家从不做事，是个“少爷”，他的成绩也很好，他的作文也在我们班上榜上有名。
我们班的“大胖”来了，他可是你个“豆腐之身”，他的妈妈也十分娇惯他，有一次，我住在他的上面他说有人谁在上面十分不惯，他妈妈马上把我的床搬到了下面。他也十分懒，早上从不折被子，都叫罗皓帮他。但他的成绩总十分好!
最后一个是谭栋洋，在我眼里，他是一个外强中干的人，做事有起无力，没有男子汉气质，可他心地善良。

Firstly, keep the same pace with roommates. There are usually four people or more in a room. It’s better to have a unified schedule. To maintain the order of the life, everyone should coordinate and abide by the schedule to reduce the disputes.
Secondly, don’t make little “squads” in the dormitory. You should treat every person equally rather than discriminating or isolating someone. We object to establish deep friendship under the cost of sacrificing the friendship’s width and breadth. It’s important to keep balance in the dormitory.
Thirdly, don't invade your roommates' privacy. Everyone has their own secrets and eccentricities. We should not search roommates' privacy. If someone has clearly made a field private, they must have special sensitive to this field and any subject attempting to break into this field will not be appreciated by them.
Fourthly, participate in dormitory’s collective activities actively. The activities of the dormitory is not only a simple activity, but also a way to contact with each other to share feelings. Don't be naive to think collective activity as boring and useless action which wastes time and money, and showing a pair of disparaging appearance for company. In fact, it's all emotional investment, and indispensable.

when you come into our room， the first thing you will notice is the window right opposite you， with a lovely view of the campus. in front of the window there are four writing tables. mine is the one nearest to the door. on top of it， you can see a photo of my family and several piles of books. behind the table there is a radiator and under each table there is a stool. on each side of the room there are two bunk beds covered with clean bed spreads. some brightly colored quilts are neatly folded at the foot of the beds. on the wall above the beds are pictures of famous movie stars or singers. to the left of the window hangs a calendar and beside it is a mirror.
on the left are built-in bookshelves with a shelf for each person. our dormitory is not very big， but it is neat， clean and comfortable.

我在宿舍里已经生活了一年多了，在这儿有高兴的时候，也有伤心的时候，更有难忘的时候。下面我给大家讲一下吧！ 那是一个星期天的下午，我来到宿舍里看到小黑板上公布了上星期的卫生成绩。我们宿舍的卫生成绩从来都不好的，我本想不去看，但是又一想，我们宿舍里除了我以外，别人从来都不去看，所以我还是耐着性子去看了。“啊！”我不禁叫了一声。我们宿舍的这次卫生成绩竟然是满分，我心里又惊又喜，高兴极了，蹦蹦跳跳地来到宿舍里，把这个好消息，告诉了我的同伴们，但是他们都不信，以为我在开玩笑，无论我怎么说他们都不信，真是“有口难辩”，我只好让其中的一个人去看看，过了一会儿，那个人高高兴兴地回来了，我们在宿舍里高兴地蹦来蹦去，大喊大叫，简直象群疯子。 在宿舍里不仅有高兴的事，也有伤心的事。每到星期五，我们宿舍里都要进行大扫除，有一次，我们大家在打扫卫生，还干得起劲，瞧！擦玻璃的，扫地的，擦桌子的……突然郭大龙一不小心把擦桌子的水洒在了王光如的鞋上，这可不得了了。他们俩平时就不大对头，王光如又是个“唯恐天下不乱”，处处斤斤计较的人，气氛顿时紧张起来，眼看就要发生一场“腥风血雨”了。“你不长眼吗？”随着王光如的骂声，大家都不约而同的停了下来，眼睛注视着他们两个人。“我又不是故意的，干嘛骂的这么凶。”郭大龙反驳道……他们吵个不停，真是“公说公有理，婆说婆有理。”突然，他们两个不吵了，紧握双拳，怒视着对方。“不好！”随着这声叫喊，大家才回过神来，抓紧去拉仗，但还是晚了，他们已经打成了一团。他们由于打的太猛了，我们拉仗的时候还是挨了几拳。最后管理员来了，才制止了这场风波。一连好几天他们都没有说话，大家也都不高兴。 我们的宿舍生活就是这样的，有喜也有忧。

邵宏强俗称“歪牙黑老鼠”你初次听到这个绰号也许会感到惊疑。其实这外号取得一点也不过份，因为在一次体育课上他不小心把牙齿摔歪了，大家就以其貌取起名。
“干色么啦!我就这样。”咦，谁在跟班长吵?我走近一看，哦，原来是我们班的朱梦哲，朱大侠!说道他呀还真是一个是非不分的家伙。一次，班主任宋老师刚颁布了条例新款：不能在下课时玩木棒，如果有人玩所有班干部都可以没收。可那朱梦哲存心跟我们班干部作对，一下课就把木棒拿出来玩。我们想：不到最后时刻就不能动武，就好生好气劝他可朱梦哲却偏偏不肯让步。最后木棒被折断了，他还大哭一场。
我们八人身高有长有短，参差不齐。最矮可是我们的“幽默男孩林贤斌”你可别小看他，他若是要让你笑你就不可能不发出笑声。一次他与我打了个赌，说：“我做一个动作你必定会笑。”我不相信就答应了他。哪知道他两腿趴开，狮子甩头，将自己钻进了裤子底下，头不停地晃动，犹如一只摔到井里的青蛙，一副不亦乐乎的样子，我看了笑地前俯后仰，合不笼嘴。
说完小的该说大的了。我们寝室说道大块头就非沈剑成莫属了。他呀足足有50多公斤，泰山压顶可是他的拿手绝活。
除了以上这些还有王卓潇、吴会青和陈杰，他们各有各自的特点，但不能向大家一一介绍了，因为还有一位特别重要人物要推荐给大家，那就是我马涛(也称天才)这个名字有着滔滔江水连绵不断之意，而我也像江水一样活泼、跳跃，浑身充满了力量，无穷无尽，所以我也特别有运动细胞。就那那次网球队第一次训练来说吧，我面对从没玩的网球感到很没信心，一个球飞过来了我非常恐惧，可是不知被我则样打的，球竟然回过去了。就这样我越打越顺越打越好，现在连老师也难以轻易打败我了。不过俗话说的好“人人多都自己的缺点吗”我也不例外就是“骄傲”。其实我很想把它改掉，可是不知不觉得它又潜浮在我的体内，每次总是要人帮我指出来才能感觉到。

When students go to college, they are so excited about the new life. In the campus, they can enjoy freedom without parents’ supervision. What’s more, they will have roommates. In tradition, the students get their roommates at random, so it takes them some time to get familiar with each other. Most students realize their roommates living different lifestyles, so contradiction happens. In order to let students focus more attention on study, some schools assign the dormitory according to the students’ daily schedule, which is favored by the public. They said if this rule had carried before, then much trouble would have been avoided.
Indeed, some students trend to sleep early and then wake up early, while other students like to stay up. The latter will be addicted to playing computer games, then the sound of typing and the computer light annoy the former. Now this problem can be solved, which is good for both sides.
We are happy to see the change, if the new rules can bring positive sides, then they deserved to be advocated.
