在老家我可以看望我那一年不见的爷爷奶奶、姥姥姥爷和许多亲人；所有亲人还会亲密的坐在一起，吃着奶奶报的饺子，换了的说着自己的家事。还可以一起看天上绽放的烟花，那灿烂的烟花仿佛代表着新年的新气象与欢乐幸福。

我喜欢的节日有很多，比如儿童节、中秋节、情人节等。

但我最喜欢的是春节。

春节是中国最隆重的传统节日，它象征着团结、兴旺，是对未来寄托新的希望的佳节。

春节对于中国人，就如同圣诞对于欧美人，都是头等重要的节日。

据记载，中国人民过春节已有4千多年的历史。

我喜欢春节，因为春节是个亲人团聚的节日。

一家人在一起吃年夜饭，是春节家家户户最热闹愉快的时候。

除夕.丰盛的年菜摆满一桌，合家团聚，围坐桌旁，共吃团圆饭，心头的充实感真是难以言喻。

人们既是享受满桌的佳肴盛馔，也是享受那份快乐的气氛。

年夜饭的名堂很多，南北各地都不同，有饺子、年糕、长面、元宵等，而且各有讲究。

这顿年夜饭要慢慢地吃。

也就是要守岁，守岁的习俗，既有对如水逝去的岁月含惜别留恋之情，又有对来临的新年寄以美好希望之意。

我喜欢春节，因为春节是个喜庆的.节日。

人们会燃放各式各样的烟花爆竹，来庆祝这热闹的节日。

尤其是午夜新年钟声敲响的时候，整个中华大地上空，爆竹声震响天宇。

爆竹声响是辞旧迎新的标志、喜庆心情的流露。

我喜欢春节，还因为春节有压岁钱拿。

这可是我额外的零花钱呀。

不管是给的人还是拿的人都开心。

过年给压岁钱，体现出长辈对晚辈的关爱，和晚辈对长辈的尊敬，是一项整合家庭伦理关系的民俗活动。

此外，亲朋好友拜 年并互相祝福，联络感情，我觉得很温馨。

其中端午节我最喜欢。

端午节的一大特点就是吃粽子。

每到端午节，人们都会吃粽子，有的自己包，有的上街买。

我非常喜欢吃粽子。

我还听过一个关于粽子来历的故事:在古代，有一个人叫屈原，他在战场上战死了。

人们为了纪念他，做了一个透明棺材，放进了水池里。

为了给屈原敬一些贡品，就把用糯米做的糖棒一一扔进水池里。

过了几天，人们才发现水池里有鱼，那些糖棒都被鱼吃掉了。

人们很生气。

这时，有一个人叫道:“大家伙们，鱼最怕菱角，可以用干净的草叶去包糯米糖棒，做成菱角形的!”以后，人们将包好的糖棒扔进水池，鱼看到糯米糖棒以为是菱角，就不敢吃了。

所以人们把糯米糖棒叫成“粽子”。

煮熟的粽子又香又好吃。

有绿豆味的，有蜜枣味的，有香肠味的等等，我们家通常包的就是这三种。

这三种我都喜欢吃。

粽子和端午节是亲密朋友。

因为我喜欢吃粽子，所以我也喜欢端午节。

Do you know what my favourite festival is?

Let me tell you .My favourite festival is Mid-autumn Festival.It is a traditonal Chinese festival .It is on the 15th of August. On Mid-autumn Festival,people usually go back home and get together with their family.At that night,the moon looks likes a plant,it is very big,round and bright.

And our family have a big dinner together. After dinner, we go outside and sit together. Then we watch the moon and eat the mooncakes. There are some fruits,nuts and sweet things in the mooncakes.

The mooncakes are round, too. They are very delicious. We like to eat the mooncakes very much. My little sister can sing and dance. She sings and dances for us. We really have a good time on Mid-autumn Festival.
