三月的春风徐徐吹来，一阵阵，用那宽大的手掌抚摸着学子的脸颊。校园的花坛里，花花草草已经张开了笑脸，摆动着手臂迎接着来定陶区支教的志愿者老师，也欢迎着定陶区的小学英语教师。就在二零一八年三月三十一日，我们定陶区二百多名小学英语教师和六名志愿者第二次齐聚定陶区第一实验小学，开启了英语培训的远航。

七点多，老师们就已经来到了指定的教室，支教志愿者也打开一体机调试着。课未正式开始之前，志愿者老师和我们简单的交流。原来昨天她们都已经来到定陶，晚上六名志愿者和张主任，.谷老师一起备课，。今天给我们三班上课的王娟老师晚上仅仅休息了两个小时。听着老师的谈话，看到她们认真备课的情景，我的内心深处涌起了无限的感激之情。感谢他们为了帮助我区薄弱学科的提升，付出着不为人知的付出。

上课了，这次学习的是国际音标。听着老师那娴熟流畅的发音，看着老师那灵活多变的手势，我们一个个学员，也跟着老师一起做起字母操。那生动的手势，夸张的表演，让老师们很快就跟着做起来……时间过得好快，转眼又到了下课时间，可是老师们却还沉浸在音标、字母学习中。

与同行相比，也许我的的年龄大了些，也许我们学习起来慢一点儿，也许我们根本就学不好，可是我们深知活到老，学到老的哲理，哪怕学好一个音标，我们都要认真的学习。提升自己的英语水平，并把所学知识输送给孩子，做好输血准备。
