实习已接近尾声,以下是我对本学期实习的总结,我的实习学校是***中学,坐落于**市最美乡村――***,背靠***公园。**是集初中、高中于一体的***镇中心校,又名**。初中的招生主要面对的是***镇各小学,而高中的招生则主要面对的是整个**区各中学。学校师生共有一千余人,有教师一百多人,其中有三名市骨干教师以及多名**区骨干教师。有学生八百余人。学校正处于教学改革的第三年,为提高教学效率,**引进了高效课堂教学模式,正在摸索前进中。

我在初二年级任实习英语教师一职,学校则为我们实习生安排了指导教师,我的指导教师是初二四班的班主任――***老师,在半年的实习生活中,我随*老师一起跟班教学,向*老师学习班级管理以及英语教学技巧。在这半年里,在*老师的指导下,我曾为初二3班、4班授课五节左右,课前,独立制作课件以及导学案。课中,*老师进行现场指导。课后,*老师指出问题并提出解决方法。半年里,我曾参加了两次**区初二英语教研活动,第一次是开学初**区教研员对于新教材的分析。第二次是以听评课形式,关于初二英语写作课的教研活动。此外还参加了本校的一次教研活动,此次教研活动是针对我们两个英语实习生,由我们进行教学设计,教研组其他成员提出意见与建议。除了教研活动,学校还组织过一次同课异构教学活动,与**二中进行交流学习。

此外,课前准备以及课后反馈也是至关重要,课前准备也就是备课,备课是一个漫长的过程,我们要准备充分,才能上好一堂课,提前备好教学内容、备好学生,做出情境预设,而我存在的最大问题就在备课上,我总是在情境预设上存在不足,内容准备了很多,而学生却根本没有做出我想要的反映,有时总是高估学生们的水平,导致这一堂课无法正常进行下去,事后指导教师对我说是我对学生们的水平了解不够,所以后期我多余学生接触,基本掌握了学生们的知识储备量,现在我的课堂已经可以顺畅进行,我备课时,试着想好每个环节,想好我要说的话以及学生们可能说的话,这也让我体味到做好情境预设的好处。课后反馈,学生的反馈以及教师的反馈都是至关重要,由于我没有完全接手整个班级的教学,没有完全参与到教学工作中,所以这一方面在我这几次的课堂上做的不是很好,平时辅助知道教师判作业,也是我的反馈方式之一,每个学生在作业中就能显示出对知识的掌握程度,通过评语帮助学生们认识错误。其次,从**的高效课堂改革中我们学到了,教师不能墨守成规,要敢于创新,从学生的实际情况出发,具体问题具体分析。对于高效课堂改革要发扬其提高学生学习能力之一优势,但是也不能照搬照抄这种模式,要推陈出新。

20__年的4月20日到5月8日这短短的四周我第一次学习当老师的教学实习周在这段时间我收获了很多也成长了很多近一个月的实习让我体会到当老师的乐趣当了近十几年学生第一次转换了角色以一名老师的身份去实习、去体验任务不同了视角不同了因此感受也不同了

前两周我们以听课为主为了能更好的适应学生教育环境我们认真听课记好笔记并即时和指导老师沟通反复推敲老师教案认真熟悉教材

这两周我们还批改了学生们的批改作业时纠正学生的错误非常重要在纠正学生每个错误的时候要写上激励的评语让他们在改正自己错误的同时不会对自己失去信心在这个过程中我还发现了大一学生在英语写作过程中普遍存在的一些问题大体情况可以分为四类:

第一类:存在严重的单词拼写问题很多同学也分不清词性

第二类:句子结构不清晰时态使用错误而且喜欢用中文思维进行写作

第三类:不注意标点的使用随意乱点的现象很严重

第四类:学生态度问题这一类学生大多字迹潦草不认真对待作业

经过两周的听课第三周我们便开始准备教案为讲课作准备指导老师指导我们写教案给我们建议第四周的周一早上我们进行了第一次试讲虽然试讲并不正式可讲课的过程中依然会暴露很多缺点结束之后郑老师说我的构思很好同时也给我提了很多宝

贵的建议我认真听着积极总结并及时予以修改周二晚上郑老师又抽出宝贵的时间听我们又试讲了一次这一次老师又给我们提了意见并让我周三正式上讲台

于5月6日周三下午我第一次正式登上了讲台上课前我感到非常紧张紧张的介绍完自己深呼吸了好几次终于调整好了自己的情绪开始讲起课来我按照我的计划逐步进行着内容同学们也很配合他们的积极参与让课堂十分有趣我便充分放松了自己大胆的讲起课来最后由于时间没有把握好准备的内容并没有讲完课后郑老师评价说我讲的挺好我的搭档也说挺好这无疑给了我极大的自信他们也给了我很多建议所以回来之后我又对讲课内容进行改进5月7日周四下午我又讲了两节课正所谓熟能生巧这次明显没有第一次那么紧张了并且在时间的把握上内容上都有很大的进步学生依旧很配合从老师和我的搭档那里我都获益匪浅

这三节课让我充分体会了当老师的感觉这种感觉很好看着学生们对你渴望的眼神你就会觉得你有责任把他们教好

通过这次实习我还总结了几点关于教育的建议具体如下:

第一点兴趣对于一个学生来说至关重要的必须把学生的学习兴趣调动起来使他们在快乐中主动学习课堂只要以学生为主充分调动他们学习的主动性和积极性由“要我学”转化为“我要学”的教学方式

第二点老师要有耐心才能把学生的缺点纠正过来而且老师要想方设法创设民主和谐的教学气氛在教学活动中建立平等的师生关系把自己当成活动中的一员

第三点要注重鼓励学生他们得到老师的赞扬积极性提高了课堂气氛活跃了就会起到很好的教学效果

第四点学生对讲课的内容反映不一所以要注重跟同学们的交流明白他们究竟所需求的什么

初为人师,总是有些紧张。我带着羞涩与忐忑抱着课本和教案走上讲台时,尽管我做了很多预备,但当我真正面对那么多双眼睛时,我还是紧张了。

一堂准备充分的课,会令学生和老师都获益不浅。例如我在教Unit3的时候,这课的主题是“如何询问和回答时间”,教学难度比较大。如果照本宣科地讲授,学生会感到困难和沉闷。为了上好这堂课,我认真研究了课文,找出了重点,难点,准备有针对性地讲。为了令课堂生动,活跃,不沉闷,我还为此准备了大量的教具,授课时就胸有成竹了。当讲到“half”的时候,我拿出准备好的圆卡纸,把它剪成一半,告诉学生这是圆的一半,也就是half。讲到“quarter”时,又把半圆剪成一半,那么剩下WWW.cHINESEJY.COM来的就是圆的四分之一,也就是“quarter”了。这样学生就形象地明白了这两个单词。而讲到如何表达时间时,我用了一个用红卡纸做的大钟,同学们一开始就被它吸引住了,显得颇有积极性。用实物让学生练习“what’sthetime?It’s…”的句型,学生特别用功,教学效果十分理想。相反,如果我没有认真备课的,那课堂将会气氛沉闷,教学效果不好,与此相比可见,认真备课对教学十分重要。特别是对英语这门学生不甚熟悉并感到困难的外语来说至关重要。

在教学过程中不妨也可以适当地运用强化记忆的方法。我觉得可以采用在“图文提示”下让学生背诵或复述课文的方法。《新目标英语》每一页都有幽默生动的画面,而文字材料相对来讲占的比例小一点,我们可让学生看图说话,看表格讲句子,只要学生能熟练地运用语言,目的也就达到了。
