第一天的时候,我跟着班主任李老师熟悉了一下学校目前的情况,以及实习期间需要注意的一些事项。我们原来的英语老师王老师,教学经验十分丰富,目前担任高二组的组长,因为她是我原来的老师,所以我有幸在她所带的班级实习,王老师向我简单介绍了一下所带班级的基本情况。第二天正式到班级,当时想到就要面对60多个学生,不免还是有点担心和紧张。
听课实习的必经阶段,听课不仅能够学习拥有教学经验的老师的教学方法,也能熟悉如果以后能的成为英语教师所要面对的情况。高中阶段的英语课程与大学里大不相同,现在的课本经过了改革,所以现在的教学要求也有新的变化,教学方法上有很大差异。王老师教学状态相当严谨,备课很充分,又开始听她讲课,很有亲切感,再次听她的课就觉得整节课规划的很好,让学生知道这节课要完成的内容,就算有突发状况的发生,也能自行控制好时间等等。我听了整整一个章节课的完整过程,每个部分都有不同的上课形式,都是值得学习的地方。因为我不是学师范专业的学生,所以并不是很懂得英语教学法,真正坐在教室后面听课的感觉很不一样,教学的内容就算一样,方式也有很多种,可以老师自己授课,可以让学生回答问题,可以结合练习加深印象。
对于学生的回答,老师要根据学生的特质进行分析,然后加以适当的引导。经过几天的实习,我觉得作为英语专业的学生,虽然在成为英语教师方面不比专业的师范生有优势,但是我们有很强的英语功底,很精准的英语专业知识,很流畅的口语技能。而作为我们外国语学院的学生,在老师们的带领下,都与一种遇到困难勇于解决的勇气,在这方面来讲,还是很适合英语教学工作的。另外我们外国语学院一直有着严谨的学风,走出去的学生一般都作风严谨,肯与吃苦耐劳,具有办事认真的品质,这么说来也在英语教学方面拥有一定的优势。
做任何事都要有一定的积累,拥有了5天的听课的经历,我也是积累了一些小小的经验。由于也是刚离开高中不久,年龄和那些学生们也没有差多少,我很快和他们打成了一片,于是老师终于同意我讲一节课。说到讲课,我还真是有点紧张,因为长这么大,一直都是听别人讲课给我听,唯一的讲课经历还是在上精读课的时候得到的任务,但是也只有短短的10分钟而已,而且面对的还只是自己的同学和老师,还真是一下子有点摸不着头脑。但是要拥有勤学好问的精神吗!于是我在讲课的前一天和老师进行了认真的讨论,老师给了我很多的指导。在这次实习中,我收获了很多,我相信我将来一定能做一位出色的英语教师。

第一条线,它是一个标准,不论我们衡量一节课上的优劣,还是评价一个老师讲授水平的坎坷,我们都在有熟悉或无熟悉地用讲授法课上学到的知识往衡量。这远比只看考试结果要公道的多。既然是标准那也就是偏向,也就是我们作为老师不停完善自己的参考标准。要做一个合格的老师,做一个让门生喜好的老师,简单地说既要有学问魅力,又要有人格魅力;讲堂上讲授严谨又要不乏幽默,课下与门生打成一片,时刻进步自己。这些道理我们读懂,但具体怎样做才能有学问魅力,才能有人格魅力,这些我们就得参照讲授法课上所学,一点一滴的往渐渐学习、积累、探究了。
写教案从何动手,修正时应细致哪些题目;评课,议课应遵照甚么样的准绳;与门生交换和上课处置惩罚意外情况应当朝着哪一个偏向;到了总结与反思的时候,那些是要改进的,哪些是要连续发扬的等等这些具体题目的办理我们都需要参照讲授法。

很快的,一周实习过程(20xx年x月x日到x日)中,周一和周二我主要是熟悉了下幼儿园的环境以及和小朋友进行沟通对他们的英语总体水平,以往他们的教学模式(非bilingualteachehing),以及个别特别优秀幼儿进行了了解(即利用蒙式教学理念来带动其它幼儿的作用)。
周三第一次试教。也是我正式第一次给小朋友上英语课。教学内容是“myclothes”。
因为是之前面试小新星准备片断教学的内容。虽然面试没用到。但是由于xx姐姐学校老师请教过。再加上xx新书发布会时所听取得一些别的优秀教师的一些经验。所以我对于这堂课的设计还是比较有头绪的。
我真的发现一个老师要进步的快。实践加上与别人交流,特别是一些有经验的交流。进步得幅度远比纸上谈兵来的大。
第一上课我个人的感受首先是觉得喉咙有点累。对于幼儿的掌控虽然还不够,但是对于我第一次上,且她们班人本来就多,平时的常规也不是太好已经算是还可以的。中间竞赛游戏过程中自己对于下一步该做些什么还不是非常的顺,中途还会自己呆那想下一步该怎样。此外,原设定的目标未达到。本来准备教授的句型未教。可能的原因一方面可能是他们接受力不强底子不够扎实二是由于自己的在课程程序设计上的问题。
周四的第二次试教最大的个人感受是上课上着上着自己觉得乏味,内容的安排上又些混乱。
后进行反思发现乏味的原因是我过多的进行个别的操练。所以我读的比幼儿还多很多过多重复的东西让听课的老师也觉得无聊。但是对于这点我个人觉得个别操练是对于每个小朋友对于教学内容的掌握上会很又帮助,同时又给予他们表现的机会,我读的多,那么有利于他们对于语音的掌握。但这样的形式不利于在公开课上。
周五我主要是听了其他根我一起来实习的几位同学的课和谢老师(荷花幼儿园在职教师)的点评也是我收获最多的一天。主要总结归纳在英语活动教学过程中的一些注意事项有以下几点:
1、在教学过程要注意中英文对照或者是将实物与单词的对照来教授。要让幼儿真正理解单词或句子的含义。
2、在跟个别幼儿进行交流时还是要注意全体,例如在个别幼儿在回答你的提问时可以要求大家作小老师看看他说对了没,这样不会让其他幼儿觉得没事可做而注意力分散。
3、要让幼儿大声的开口说英语但是不能喊叫。
4、创造情景进行教学有利于吸引幼儿注意力。情景要串起来,要和逻辑。例如在教授新单词时可以由前一个单词通过故事讲述或者提问引导等方式引入到下一个单词教授。由前面的引后面的,又由后面的来复习前面的,融会贯通。
5、在教授过程中要注重个别发音(单词中个别音标的发音)要及时纠正,但是不要否定幼儿打击他们学习的积极性。
6、要英语教学过程中也要注重对幼儿的道德品质以及常规上的教育,例如我在跟幼儿进行拍卡片读单词的游戏中,幼儿使劲的拍打卡片。此时教师应该做出适当的引导。
