我在初二年级任实习英语教师一职，学校则为我们实习生安排了指导教师，我的指导教师是初二四班的班主任——董爱民老师，在半年的实习生活中，我随董老师一起跟班教学，向董老师学习班级管理以及英语教学技巧。在这半年里，在董老师的指导下，我曾为初二3班、4班授课五节左右，课前，独立制作课件以及导学案;课中，董老师进行现场指导;课后，董老师指出问题并提出解决方法。半年里，我曾参加了两次房山区初二英语教研活动，第一次是开学初房山区教研员对于新教材的分析;第二次是以听评课形式，关于初二英语写作课的教研活动。此外还参加了本校的一次教研活动，此次教研活动是针对我们两个英语实习生，由我们进行教学设计，教研组其他成员提出意见与建议。除了教研活动，学校还组织过一次同课异构教学活动，与房山二中进行交流学习。

总而言之，此次实习是有收获的，在工作上，了解到了当前英语教育的形式，同时接触到了之前从未接触的高效课堂教学模式;在课堂教学上，我明白了运用多种教学方法的重要性，灵活处理课堂问题，得体的课堂用语，对学生适当地鼓励与惩罚，这些都是影响我们课堂教学的重要因素。此外，课前准备以及课后反馈也是至关重要，课前准备也就是备课，备课是一个漫长的过程，我们要准备充分，才能上好一堂课，提前备好教学内容、备好学生，做出情境预设，而我存在的最大问题就在备课上，我总是在情境预设上存在不足，内容准备了很多，而学生却根本没有做出我想要的反映，有时总是高估学生们的水平，导致这一堂课无法正常进行下去，事后指导教师对我说是我对学生们的水平了解不够，所以后期我多余学生接触，基本掌握了学生们的知识储备量，现在我的课堂已经可以顺畅进行，我备课时，试着想好每个环节，想好我要说的话以及学生们可能说的话，这也让我体味到做好情境预设的好处。课后反馈，学生的反馈以及教师的反馈都是至关重要，由于我没有完全接手整个班级的教学，没有完全参与到教学工作中，所以这一方面在我这几次的课堂上做的不是很好，平时辅助知道教师判作业，也是我的反馈方式之一，每个学生在作业中就能显示出对知识的掌握程度，通过评语帮助学生们认识错误。其次，从韩中的高效课堂改革中我们学到了，教师不能墨守成规，要敢于创新，从学生的实际情况出发，具体问题具体分析。对于高效课堂改革要发扬其提高学生学习能力之一优势，但是也不能照搬照抄这种模式，要推陈出新。
